# Bottle of wine

Silence, numbness, bit of a headache,
as if part of my neurons were victims of flames.
Nauseous, vertigo, fog in my mind,
all of these symptoms for a bottle of wine.

Light through the window but does not hurt my eyes,
a sunday morning without any tie.
Calmness but a void, as if all was reset,
a night of a dry taste, a bit fun that I let.

Alone in my sofa contemplating my life,
my brain uninhibited, my words felt alive.
It’s like setting the system’s rigidity to its minimum,
at the cost of next morning feeling of oblivion.

Water, electrolytes, hours of walking.
Cleaning my body and expelling the toxins.
I come back to myself one thought at a time,
brick by brick, reconnecting my mind.
